Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• information you provide through our website contact forms, including any files you choose to upload;

• information provided when you purchase or use our programs, such as your fitness goals, training history and current calisthenics level;

• information you choose to provide through Everfit, including health, fitness, nutrition, body measurements, activity, sleep and other training or wellness information; and

• messages or other information you choose to send to us by email, Everfit or social media.

Some information you provide may be sensitive information, including health information. You are not required to provide information that is not necessary for your use of our services, although some information may be needed for us to provide personalised coaching.

2. How We Collect and Use Your Information

We collect information directly from you when you contact us, purchase a program, complete onboarding or use our services.

We use your information to:

• provide and personalise your training program and coaching;

• communicate with you and provide support;

• manage your account, subscription and payments;

• understand how clients find and use our programs;

• respond to enquiries and requests;

• administer and improve our services; and

• comply with our legal obligations.

If you choose to enter or sync additional information into Everfit, such as health, nutrition, activity or sleep data, that information may be available to Jacob through Everfit for the purpose of providing coaching and monitoring your progress.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate and deliver our business, including Everfit, Stripe, Google Workspace, Calendly and our website provider, Squarespace.

Everfit is used to deliver our coaching services and may store information you provide through the platform. Everfit may also process information through integrations that you choose to connect to your Everfit account.

Payments are processed through Everfit and Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

These third-party providers may handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies and may process or store information outside Australia.

4. Marketing and Testimonials

We do not currently use client information for direct marketing.

We may publish client testimonials, transformation photos or other client results where the client has given us permission to do so.

5. How We Protect and Retain Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Personal information may be stored through third-party services we use to operate our business. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet our legal obligations and manage our business.

6. Access, Correction and Privacy Complaints

You may contact us to request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also request deletion of your information where appropriate, subject to any legal or legitimate business requirements to retain it.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
