What happens after I purchase my plan?
You’ll receive an email to activate your package and instructions to be onboarded onto the app. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll get immediate access to your workout collection and app features!How many days will I be able to train per week?
You’ll have access to the workout library, allowing you to schedule sessions based on your own availability. This gives you a responsive training approach that adapts to life’s demands.How long does each workout typically take?
Full workouts typically range from 45–60 minutes, with deload workouts around 30 minutes. You’ll also have access to shorter skill-focused workouts, which can vary from 5–30 minutes and can be completed alongside your main sessions.What calisthenics skills can I develop with these workouts?
These workouts helped me unlock front levers, back levers, muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, and one-arm pull-ups. The library is designed to build foundational strength that naturally unlocks advanced calisthenics movements as a by-product.Does this include weight training and isolation exercises?
This workout library focuses on bodyweight calisthenics, working multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Each exercise includes notes on the targeted muscles, and combined with habit tracking, it promotes balanced muscle growth.If you’re after workouts that include traditional weights, check out the Elite plan.
What equipment do I need for these workouts?
You’ll need a pull-up bar and dip bars (either straight or parallel) or gymnastic rings for upper body exercises. Lower body workouts don’t require equipment, though you can add extra weight if desired and track it in the app.Are there any prerequisites for these workouts?
You should be able to perform at least 5 pull-ups, 5 dips, and 10 push-ups. If you're not quite there yet, consider the Engineered plan, where I can help you build up to this level with a personalised approach.What if I can’t perform certain exercises yet?
No worries! Every exercise includes regression options so you can start with easier variations and progress as you get stronger.If you aren’t yet at the prerequisite level, I recommend inquiring about the Engineered plan so I can personally design a progression pathway to get you there as efficiently as possible.
What if the workouts are too easy?
The workout library is designed to challenge you at every level and help you build muscle for life. If you need more intensity, you can:Increase reps without sacrificing form
Try more difficult exercise variations
Reduce rest times between sets
Challenge yourself to a faster workout completion time
Add extra time to your movement tempo
Gradually increase the number of sets

Once I’ve submitted the form, when and how will I receive my bespoke workouts?
After you submit your form, I’ll use this information to design your personalised workout library. This process may take up to 3 business days to ensure it’s fully tailored to your goals, experience, and available equipment.Once your library is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your purchase and activate your access in the app. From there, you can immediately start exploring and scheduling your custom workouts.
When can I start training after purchasing?

You can choose between weekly or monthly check-ins in your initial application form. I’ll use the information you share to review your progress, update your goals, and fine-tune your workouts. Check-ins are done directly through the app - you’ll be assigned tasks and reminders so you’re always aware when they’re coming up.How long does each bespoke workout typically take?

What payment methods do you accept?

Absolutely! Your payment information is kept safe and secure.How can I cancel my subscription?
After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a “View my packages” button. Click that button to view or cancel your active plan.Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription?
There are no cancellation fees. Please note that you will lose access to your training data once the paid period ends. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and no further charges will be made. You can cancel and rejoin anytime!Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Unfortunately, you cannot pause your subscription, but you can easily re-purchase a plan anytime after cancelling.What is your refund policy?
Please note that we do not offer refunds once a plan has been purchased.Can I upgrade to the next tier (e.g. Essential → Elite)?
You cannot directly switch plans. However, you can cancel your current plan and then upgrade to a different tier.What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email immediately. You’ll also receive follow-up emails 3 and 5 days after the initial attempt. If the payment remains unresolved, you will lose access to the app and your data. We recommend checking your payment details to ensure they are correct.
