I discovered calisthenics in my late teens as a way to build self-confidence during a challenging time in my life. What started as a pursuit of aesthetics quickly became a passion for performance, sparked by mastering movements like the muscle-up. My physique improved as a natural result of the work.
Competing allowed me to test and refine my methods, which I'm now sharing through my programs. My approach was validated when I won three consecutive competitions by a wide margin, consistently breaking my personal records.
This shift—from looks to labour—transformed my relationship with fitness. It became about holistic improvement, developing my own version of an athlete by balancing training, nutrition, and recovery in a sustainable way.

Once I’ve submitted the form, when and how will I receive my training program?
Since your program is custom-made, it may take up to 3 business days to create. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Everfit payment page to complete your purchase.
When does my customised program start after purchasing?
Your personalised program will appear in the app on the Monday following your purchase, including your scheduled workouts and habit tracking tasks.
What will I have access to while waiting for my training program to appear?
You’ll get access to the athlete community, in-app announcements, training tips, and motivating videos from me. You can also set up your account, sync health apps, start your food journal, and take progress pictures to prepare for your journey.
How many training days will my customised program include?
Your program will be tailored to your goals and can include anywhere from 3 to 6 sessions per week, depending on your availability.
How long will each customised workout take?
Workout durations will vary based on your goals but typically range from 45 to 60 minutes per session.
What kind of personalisation will I get with the workouts?
Your workouts will be crafted specifically to your fitness level, goals, and available equipment, ensuring a unique training experience designed for you. You can also swap exercises to better suit your strength level or personal preferences.
Can I customise my program or move workouts around?
Your program will already be made to complement your lifestyle; however, you can adjust your scheduled workouts to suit your preferences or availability. You’ll also have the flexibility to move workouts around up to two weeks in advance, ensuring the program fits seamlessly into your routine.
Will I be part of a community?
Definitely! You’ll gain access to a supportive athlete community where you can share progress, get tips, and stay motivated. There’s also a leaderboard for some friendly competition.
How does progress tracking work?
You can log your sets, reps, and nutrition in the app, which tracks your performance over time. You’ll receive notifications when you hit personal bests to keep you motivated.
Can I integrate external health apps?
Yes, you can sync data from health apps like step counters and heart rate monitors for a complete health overview in the app. -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit and debit cards.When will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed immediately after you submit your details. Your program package will begin the following Monday, and payments will renew every four weeks.Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! Your payment information is kept safe and secure.How can I cancel my subscription?
After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a “View my packages” button. Click that button to view or cancel your active purchases.Will I be charged if I cancel my subscription?
There are no cancellation fees. However, please note that you will lose access to your training data upon cancellation. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and no further charges will be made. You can cancel and rejoin anytime!Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Unfortunately, you cannot pause your subscription, but you can easily re-purchase a program anytime after cancelling.What is your refund policy?

To switch programs you must first cancel your current program through the 'View My Packages' email sent by Everfit. Then, purchase your desired program through jacobcapablanca.com - you can always message for support on the app for guidance through this process.What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we’ll notify you via email immediately. You’ll receive follow-up emails 3 and 5 days after the initial attempt. If the payment remains unresolved, you will lose access to the app and your data. We recommend checking your payment details to ensure they are correct.
